Instructions for Online Admissions

1.      The applicant has to first buy the prospectus (ie. Science/Arts/Commerce/Vocational) from the office of Rosary Higher Secondary School. The applicant will have to give his correct date of birth to the concerned staff at the time of purchase of the prospectus. The prospectus no. and the date of birth are required to carry out the online admission process.

2.  Visit the school website ( Select ‘Admission’ from the menu and choose ‘Apply Online’ sub-menu. Enter the Prospectus No. (Eg.C0001) and the Date of Birth of the applicant which was mentioned at the time of purchase of the prospectus. Click on ‘Submit’. The appropriate form based on the prospectus purchased will appear on the screen.

3.    Fill in the application form with the correct details. All the fields are mandatory. Care should be taken while entering the marks/grade points obtained. This form can be saved for changes which can be retrieved later but once confirmed the details cannot be changed.

4.     Once the form is filled and submitted a unique Registration Id will be generated, which will indicate successful data entry. Note down the Registration Id.

5.     The admission merit list will be displayed on the school notice board. Those students whose names appear on the merit list should approach the office and follow the instructions given by the school authorities.

6.     Selected candidates have to complete the admission formalities on the prescribed date and time as follows:

      Incase the admission formalities are not completed on the prescribed date and time, the admission stands cancelled.


  1. Original copy and attested photocopy of Class X mark sheet. 
  2. Original copy and attested photocopy of School Leaving Certificate.
  3. One recent passport size photograph of both parents.   
  4. One recent passport size photograph of the applicant.
  5. Candidates who have passed out from other Boards of Examination have to obtain an eligibility certificate from the Goa Board. 
  6. Attested photocopy of ST/SC Certificate if applicable.
